As a beginner, your boxing stance and footwork are most important. In addition, to start firing any punches, numerous people disregard to train their feet to head orderly, which is constantly overlooked. Moreover, they go straight to the heavy bag, which is not entirely wrong. However, if you apply some time each training session to developing your stance and drilling footwork technique, you stand a sounder opportunity of progressing.
Gear needed for boxing:
-Boxing gloves
-Inner wraps
-Mouthpiece
-Boxing shoes
General Rules:
-12 rounds, each lasting three minutes with one-minute rest in between
-A match can end in; a knockout, technical knock out, draw, or DQ
-Fighters need to be in the same weight class
-Cannot hit below the belt, nor hold trip, kick, headbutt, wrestle, bite, spit at, or push an opponent
-Also, cannot hit with your head, shoulder, forearm, or elbow
-With the referee's discretion, fighters can be disqualified for fouls on the opponent or ignoring the rules

-Left Straight
-Right Straight
-Left Hook
-Righ Hook
-Jab
